Halloween Handout
The rings looked good and perfect for Halloween trick or treaters. The kids loved them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was they were a little hard to turn on. You had to press exactly in the right spot. Not ideal when trying to keep up with the flow of kids coming to the door.
