Terms & ConditionsThe terms and conditions expressly listed and set forth below refer to the CoolGlow.com website, a NetBrands company, and you the client as outline and agreed to herein. We require people who register to use any NetBrands online applications (the "Services") to give us contact information. Depending on the services chosen, we ask for contact and account information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, password and the number of users in the organization who will be using the Services, in addition to financial and billing information, such as billing name, address and credit card number. When you express interest in additional information, when you register for the Services, or after you become a user, we may ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees or industry. You can opt out of providing additional information by not entering it when asked. NetBrands does not distribute or share customer e-mail addresses, except as noted in its Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. NetBrands uses the information we collect to set up the Services for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers and prospects to further discuss their interest in our company, the Services we provide and ways we can improve them, and to send information such as announcements of promotions and events regarding our company or partners. We may also e-mail a customer newsletter and updates about the Services or the company. You can opt out of receiving these communications by replying to them at the time they are distributed or at any time by contacting us. All financial and billing information that we collect through a NetBrands Web site and the Services is used solely to bill for the Services. NetBrands does not use this billing information for marketing or promotional purposes. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the NetBrands Terms of Service, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided. NetBrands has integration relationships with third-party companies and individuals ("Integration Partners"). These relationships extend the functionality of the Services and the Integration Partner application or service ("Integrated Service") by allowing the Services and the Integrated Service to exchange customer data and to establish linked business processes between the two. Customers who pay NetBrands for use of the Services and use this Integrated Service are considered customers of both NetBrands and the Integration Partner. NetBrands and an Integration Partner may share customer contact, account, financial and billing information, and business data with respect to their integrated business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows NetBrands and the Integration Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. This sharing also allows the Integration Partner to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer and allows for the enhanced functionality of the integrated service. Shared contact, account, financial and billing information, and business data is governed by the NetBrands Terms of Service. NetBrands uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on a NetBrands Web site, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does NetBrands share any personally identifiable user information with these parties. NetBrands customers use NetBrands online applications to host data and information. NetBrands will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the NetBrands Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. We will view or access individual records only with your permission (for example, to resolve a problem or support issue). Of course, users of the Services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords. NetBrands may also collect certain information from visitors to a NetBrands Web site and customers of the Services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems and to administer the NetBrands Web site and Services in order to constantly improve quality. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties. PaymentWe accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express and check payments drawn on U.S. banks. We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards, waiting for PayPal checks to clear, or delays in PO faxes. PayPal orders will begin production once payment clears PayPal. We do not ship orders COD; nor do we offer credit terms or accept Net 30 credit accounts. Purchase orders will begin processing once the official purchase order is received (via fax, email, or mail) and verified. In the event payment is not received within thirty (30) days on a purchase order shipment, Coolglow.com shall charge interest on the outstanding balance of 18% per annum or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater. Coolglow.com shall also be entitled to commence collection proceedings on any amount outstanding after thirty days and purchaser, by accepting the goods purchased consents to personal jurisdiction to the Federal District and State District Courts of the State of Texas. Texas residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 8.25%. Optional WarrantyThis option is the only way CoolGlow.com can replace any order that might be damaged while in transit. If any order is damaged upon arrival the customer has 12 hours to call Coolglow.com for the claim. Only the damaged products will be replaced. The replacement items will be shipped out standard ground, any rush shipping needed will not be covered in the warranty. This warranty does not cover orders lost while in transit. * With out this warranty the order will not be replaced if damaged while in transit. Return PolicyCoolGlow.com will only return an order if the items received is not correct. No return will be given for damaged items. Damaged items can be replaced IF the order has the optional warranty. Any order being returned will follow the policy procedure. The procedure is the customer ships the products back and CoolGlow.com will ship the correct items to the customer. ShippingPlease ensure that you provide us with a physical mailing address for product delivery as your order will not ship to P.O. boxes. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your UPS or FedEx shipment once your order is ready to ship. Orders with ground shipping will ship in 24 – 48 hours of the following business day. Rush shipping orders will ship the following business day No orders will ship the day of placement of order. Rush ServicesAll rush or expedited shipping services for orders within the United States will require additional charges which will be assessed at checkout. International OrdersFor orders shipping outside the U.S. - INCLUDING CANADA - local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by CoolGlow.com during checkout; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges as we are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes. Please also note that delivery dates outside of the U.S. are essentially "estimates", and in no event will CoolGlow.com be liable for any consequential damages arising from delays in delivery. |
