Great Product
This is a great product and yes I would order again from this company. They arrived early, and are well packaged. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that that there were a few in each box that did not glow the whole length. That is the only reason. I could have told the company, and I am sure they would have made it right, but I didn't. Great great company.

I think you should change your picture of the lights, as they are actually a little blue, nothing wrong with that, but you are misleading people by telling them that the color is pure white, via image. However, i was happy with my purchase, it came promptly and it was for a great price!

In full disclosure, I have not used the necklaces yet, as they are for my wedding. However, I can tell you that upon opening a few sticks were faintly glowing, without even taking them out of the package. The Necklace might be awesome if they had actually arrived in tact, but sadly out of the 200 necklaces that I ordered (4 fifty necklace packs), about 48 of them had an entire section, if not multiple sections, already activated and/or defunct before I even removed them from their packages. I wish I could attach a picture to further prove my point.
I strongly suggest Cool Glow add some more bubble wrap to the bottom cap of their barrel to prevent such an occurrence.
Lastly, Cool Glow, please check your email inbox and get back to me with an actual response to my problem rather than a request for a review of your product and you might get a higher scored review. Please stop giving me the ring around and sending me to someone one else (online told me to call you, the customer service attendant told me I had to email, and now your email is prompting me for a review)!
